Our overnight success story didn't happen overnight, it happened with long-term planning, hard work, and determination. Our story started in 2013 with a handful of people, and with a clear vision for building 'the India of Tomorrow.' Where there is a home for every family and, therefore, to date our motto remains 'Har Parivar Ek Ghar'. So, our journey began in the relentless pursuit of excellence; to redefine the current conventions of Indian real estate development by championing excellence in craftsman, planning, and service.
In our journey, we have touched many great milestones. Till 2021, we have successfully launched 27 housing projects, all in prime locations including Gurugram, Sohna, and Karnal in Haryana; along with a shopping arcade associated with each project and a commercial mall in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, to provide a holistic, upscale lifestyle to the householders. What's more, we have upheld our responsibility and radiality to society, always delivering quality and that too on time; while keeping the environment clean and pristine.
